Shipping Policy and Expectations

SETT's standard shipping is via Royal Mail and sent from the UK. Orders will be dispatched on the day they are received if received before 2pm GMT, otherwise they will be dispatched on the next UK working day.

Most orders arrive within the timeframes below:

  • UK and Ireland; 5 business days
  • Europe & USA; 7 business days
  • Rest of the World; 10 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times, but local customs and clearance procedures, local holidays, and local service delays as well as other factors outside of SETT's control may impact these timelines.

Standard and tracked shipping options are both available, please select at checkout. Tracked shipping codes will be emailed in your shipping confirmation if you select and pay for this service. Tracked  shipping may be faster, but we cannot guarantee this to all countries for the reasons above.

Full refund on unused product returned within 30 days

If for any reason you change your mind about your SETT Surf purchase, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund. Please note that you are responsible for all return shipping charges, and ensuring your return arrives in the correct condition (a tracking service is recommended, for your records).

To be eligible for a full refund, all returns must be in their original packaging, unopened, suitable for re-sale, and be returned to the address below within 30 days of dispatch to you. Please include a note detailing your order number, name and address, and the products you are returning, and also email this information to james@settsurf.com.

Any shipping and handling fees will not be refunded.

Not satisfied with your products after 30 days?

SETT's products undergo rigorous testing primarily for your benefit but also to satisfy our global regulators, as well as our personal testing and many stoked customer reviews. However, if you feel our products are not up to standard, please return them so we can have them tested to ensure efficacy. 

Please include a signed letter clearly describing the issues you had with your product in your return, and also send an email describing the issues to james@settsurf.com so that I am aware to try and help you best I can.
